The mission of the California Prison Health Care Services (CPHCS), Human Resources Division is to provide premier delivery of customer service to employers and employees by providing a one-stop Information Center for personnel and/or applicant related issues or questions. We will strive to improve and streamline the hiring and appointment processes as well as all other Human Resources functions related to Adult Institution Medical Staff.
To continue to produce and broadcast Unique Educational Self-discovery Material, to distribute it through various media outlets so as to Change the Dynamic through which Self-discovery/Recovery is Perceived in this Country and to affect the largest number of people possible with a message of positive change and a plan of positive action.
